Ingredients : onions, spring onion, chilli and garlic
This dish is same as the starters version, due to popularity we have added as
main meal. A dry dish which use the quality of pepper salt for flavour. It has
an aromatic fragrance from the presence of garlic, although fresh chillies are
use it taste surprisingly unspicy unless you eat the chillies. However the salt
pepper gives this dish a distinctive saltiness and strong aroma.
32 Lemon Chicken
Lemon sauce, lettuce, lemon
Chicken breast slice, coated with potato starch and deep fried. Fresh lettuce is use as a base for the chicken which is pour with lemon sauce on top. This dish is sweet with a lemon flavour.
33 Deep fry shredded Chicken / Beef with sweet chilli sauce
Ingredients: onions, spring onions, chillies, carrots and garlic
The shredded chicken or beef is deep fry until crispy and cook with sugar and sweet & sour sauce as main
flavour. It has a red appearance from the presence of sweet and sour sauce with
fresh chilli, spring onion, carrots and onion provide contrast in colour. This
dish is more sweet, follow by s light sour than spiciness.
34 Orange Chicken or Duck
Ingredients: lettuce and orange sauce
The Chicken or Duck is coated in potato starch and deep fry with orange sauce mix into a smooth consistency on top. The lettuce is use as a base. A typical orange flavour taste of sweet and citrus.
35 Plum sauce Chicken or Duck.
Ingredients: lettuce and plum sauce
This dish is prepare same as orange dishes but use plum sauce instead. A dish that is sweet with a distinctive plum flavour.
